Management

Rohan Hindle – Managing Director

Rohan grew up on cattle stations around Charleville, Chinchilla and later Roma, starting in the oilfield with Century Drilling in the Cooper Basin and rising through the ranks to become a Driller with Century and later Smedvig offshore West Africa by the age of 24.

Rohan has spent the ensuing decades as a Senior Drilling Supervisor both on- and offshore for operators all over the world including Santos, QGC, AGL, Armour Energy and Westside in Australia and Chevron offshore West Africa.

Rohan brings a deep understanding of all aspects of drilling operations in remote / rural locations along with a can-do attitude and pro-active, client-focused approach.

Luke Douglas – General Manager

Luke has been in the drilling industry for over 2 decades, with the start of his career being in Western Australia and then making the move back to the eastern states.

Undertaking a variety of different drilling techniques, Luke has completed drill campaigns all over Australia developing skills and knowledge vital to the growth and sustainability of Resolution Drilling.

Marcus Sherrin – Operations Manager

Marcus, originally from QLD, started his drilling career over a decade ago developing a passion for the drilling industry and its lifestyle. With the completion of programs Australia-wide, Marcus has retained valuable skillsets essential to the drilling industry and the day-to-day operations of the business.
